Misdemeanor Defense

There are three classes of misdemeanors in Tennessee, Class A, Class B, and Class C, each with their own varying punishments. A misdemeanor conviction may require incarceration, payment of a fine, and payment of restitution to any victims. There may also be future consequences for a misdemeanor conviction that may include denial of a professional license, or hinder your ability to find suitable employment.

To mitigate some or all of these consequences you should contact an attorney as soon as possible.
